[UPDATE] Cat fell 6 stories and was lost for a month - HE IS FOUND! But now he has health problems, please advise before my vet visit!

EDIT: the update is regarding the fall and being lost, now he is found and he has problems listed below. Please, any advice?
Species: Cat
Age: around 2,5 yrs (rescue cat)
Sex/Neuter status: male/unneutered
Breed: mixed
Body weight: 3.3 kg = ~7.3 lbs (when found 2 weeks ago he was about 2.7 kg = ~6 lbs)
History: fell around 43 feet/13 meters and was lost for 1 month and a day, when found he was dehydrated and thin; around 8 ticks in him; diarrhea and gasy intestines; slightly scraped but already mostly healed paws most likely from the fall (oh and he scraped his nose which is now half light pink)
CLINICAL SIGNS: 1. started as really foul smelling diarrhea, got bit better first 5 days, last few days it got watery and lots of gas; big appetite since he was found (exacty 2 weeks ago) which we thought as normal since he was out on his own for so long and probably happy for food access. He eats his usual favorite wet food with the supplement once or twice a day, but tried to give him less to make him eat the dry food, see if it helps with the diarrhea. Now I'm just confused what to give to him. 2. He started to "cough" about a week ago. I googled a bit and watched videos and it's the same as feline asthma. Not sure if the two are related and how serious it is. He does it couple times a day, licks and swallows and has raspy voice for a bit after. Otherwise he gained back some weight for the past 2 weeks despite the diarrhea and he's affectionate and normal, playful and all. The ammount he sleeps maybe a bit more but I'm not sure.
Duration: 2 weeks today
Your general location: Central Europe
I'm gonna take him to the vet tomorrow but it's a really pricey place but has great reputation and is close. I'm not really satisfied with their level of attention though but when pushed they obliged (example, they didn't want to remove the ticks, saying it's no big deal. He is indoors and sleeps huddled to my neck/face and is on/with me most of the day and also, they are sucking his blood ffs...)
Vet visits detailed:
09.20. When reunited, I took him to the vet immediately. They installed a cannula and gave him 100ml fluid. He just lit up during the infusio, became so happy and affectionate. On the medical report it says under Therapia "dexadreson, enroxil, cobactan" and on the bill it says he got Betamox LA, Dexadreson, Ganadexil injections. Took him home, he checked things if everything was the same then settled in a cabinet he used to sleep a lot in and got this look on his face and I think he was so relieved, on the pic it is the first photo, he never had this expression before or after. My poor kitty.
09.21. Took him back to the vet, another 100ml infusio. Injection with Dexadreson, Ganadexil, Cobactan. Still diarrhea, but not super watery.
09.22. 100 ml infusion with Klion 5mg/ml; injection: Dexadreson, Ganadexil. They took out the cannula.
09.23. Got Betamox, Dexadreson, Ganadexil injection. Diarrhea seemed a bit less so they just prescribed a supplement called Gastroferm for cats. Pic included. Word to word translation of ingredients: "glucose, vitamins, bacteriums to help produce lactic acid." That was my last visit.

What's the maximum it can take for a infection to be cured in general (or cats spefically if you have the knowledge/info).

Species:cat
Age: ~4months
Sex/Neuter status: male/non-neutered
Breed:NA/stray
Body weight: 2.2 Kg
History: stray kitten i took home on november 1st 2016. it was paralyzed from waist down and had a cyst on its back. doctor "broke" the cyst which has healed since then and gave Betamox LA injection (in the muscle) first everyday for a week and then next week every other day. that seemed to do the trick only 1 week later we woke up the morning and he was dragging his hind legs. next try was to give him an anti-iflamatory injection for 1 week which did nothing and then she proceeded to give him again betamox LA which slowly but steadily again did the trick. This time it was for 3 weeks, first week everyday, then every other. 1 week later (xmas holidays) he was dragging his hind legs yet again. I get him to the doctor again and this time she decided to give him half Baytril everyday for 15 days AND betamox LA of which he took 16 shots (with the one he got today, also being the last) every other day. Of course this did the trick and we had a full month of my cat being super happy and SUPER energetic but since today was the last day of antibiotics, i'm thinking the possibilities of the infection not being over. Is it possible, that after of 15 days of Baytril and more than a month of Betamox, the infection is still there? And if it's still there what are my options from now on? This cat is my first pet (i'm 28). I never had pets and when i saw him paralyzed it just melt my heart and i only had 1 option, to take him home. He really has changed our lives and i'm really concern about what's going to happen from now on.
Clinical signs: cyst on back (healed fast), paralyzation from waist down, reduced control of hind legs (without being an expert i'd say 10-15%, he still runs, walks, jumps etc but he has a wiggle and uncertainty in his movement)
Duration: since November 1st
Your general location: Greece
Links to test results, X-rays, vet reports etc: Nothing, just that it is an infection since antibiotics do work. if things don't go as planed i'm gonna pressure for blood test etc.
